We wanted to remind you that the highly anticipated Somerset Community Association Parade and Picnic in the Park is just around the corner – only one day away! This is an event you won't want to miss, as it's a fantastic opportunity for neighbors to come together, have fun, and celebrate our country's independence. Date: Thursday, July 4th Time: Gathering begins at 11:15am Location: Somerset Rec Club lower parking lot (corner of Somerset Boulevard and Somerset Drive, 4445 Somerset Boulevard) Here are some exciting highlights of what you can look forward to on the day:

City of Bellevue Utilities are pleased to offer free, interactive Greener Living classes virtually and in-person. Attendees will receive a digital kit of resources, tips and tools after each class and take home tools at in person classes. All ages are welcome, however, these classes are geared towards adults and children over seven. Registration is required. To register, contact the City at [email protected] or 206-949-1787. Celebrate Lunar New Year with a Lion Dance
When: Saturday, February 17, 2024 - 2:00pm Where: Somerset Elementary School Come celebrate Lunar New Year with your Somerset Neighbors! The Somerset Community Association has invited an authentic lion and dragon dance troupe and Kung Fu masters to perform at Somerset Elementary on February 17 at 2:00pm. The event will include a lion dance, dragon dance with drums and a Kung Fu performance by the Shaolin master and his students! There will also be raffle prize drawings! See you there! Somerset Community Association Join the Community Conversation on Bellevue's Comprehensive Plan 2044! The Comprehensive Plan guides Bellevue's future for the next 20 years and your input matters.
The event, hosted by BDAN (Bellevue Diversity Advantage Network) and Bellevue’s Development Department, takes place on February 8th from 5:30-8 pm at Stevenson Elementary School. The event will be free and open to the public or anyone who lives, works, learns, or visits Bellevue or who may in the future.
